One form. Answers in all the right places.24-second overview

A fictional Marlow Studio form fills with a business name, contact and project. The answers separate and populate three mapped documents, a CRM record and an API payload, ready for review.

Give clients one clear
place to answer.

A client profile, an agreement and a project brief may all need the same details. Bring their questions into a focused form, so your client can provide the information in one place.

Start with the information already available to the workflow. Collect the missing answers in an order that makes sense to the person completing it.

  • Choose which questions the client needs to see.
  • Reuse known details where the right connection is configured.
  • Shape the wording and presentation around your service.

One client form, with a whole packet behind it.

The fictional Marlow Studio form collects Business name: Marlow Studio, Contact name: Alex Morgan and Project name: Studio launch. The answers are ready for the next step.

One answer.
The right places.

“Business name” in one document. “Company name” in another. When your team confirms that the questions ask for the same information, connect them to a shared field.

The answer can then fill those mapped places across the packet. Questions that mean something different stay independent, even when their labels look similar.

Take the answers
beyond the form.

Choose the documents and connected systems your process needs. Map which answers each destination receives, so the same business, contact and project details can do more useful work.

Prepare your document packet, a CRM record or an API payload from the information you’ve collected. Each destination has its own purpose and its own mapping.

Explore connection options

Available connections and delivery actions depend on your product, permissions and setup. We’ll work through your requirements in a demo.

From one set of answers to documents, a CRM and an API.

The same three answers populate a client profile, agreement and project brief, then a CRM record and an API payload. These are illustrative configured destinations; no data is sent by this animation.

Keep the final check
in your team’s hands.

Bring the collected answers and prepared documents together for review. Check the details, resolve anything missing and confirm what should happen next.

  • Check the answers in the context of each document.
  • Review the intended recipients and destinations.
  • Approve the next action before anything is sent.

A little more detail.

Does one answer fill every field automatically?

It is reused in the document fields your team has mapped to that shared information. Unrelated questions remain separate.

What happens before documents are sent?

Your workflow keeps review and approval explicit. Preparing an output does not silently authorise sending it.

What is a document packet?

A packet is the set of documents needed for one process, such as a client profile, service agreement and project brief. They keep their individual purpose while sharing the answers your team has mapped between them.

Can we start with information we already have?

Yes, where the appropriate connection and permissions are configured. Review which information belongs in the workflow and use it in the mapped fields, then collect the answers that are still missing.

What if a question belongs to only one document?

Keep it specific to that document. You decide which questions share information and which remain independent; collecting answers in one form does not make every answer shared.

Can answers also reach our CRM or API?

The film illustrates mapped destinations in a configured workflow. Available connections, permissions and delivery actions depend on your product and setup. We’ll work through the right options for your team in a demo.

Read the story

A form branded for the fictional Marlow Studio collects three answers: Marlow Studio, Alex Morgan and Studio launch. The form separates into its business, contact and project answers. Those same values move into a client profile, an agreement and a project brief, then into a CRM record and an API payload. Each answer goes to a mapped field. The complete packet is ready for your team’s review; your team chooses the next step. The connections shown are illustrative and configured for the workflow.
