Give clients a better experience

Marlow Studio presents a client welcome, project brief and annual review in conversational, sectioned and all-fields layouts. Three documents contain nine questions, including repeated business, contact and email details. The team reviews their meanings and connects the matching questions, leaving five distinct fields in this example. Business name, contact name and work email are already known. The client checks those details, adds a project type and start date, then reviews and submits the form. A client profile, service agreement and project brief are prepared for the team to review. Less to fill. Less to follow up. The figures and businesses are illustrative; reuse follows the configured permissions and reviewed mappings, and submission does not automatically send documents.
